A Little Bit About Me
My names Shelton or Abdullah, I’m 19, 6ft.2, 195lbs, muscular/fit, white, with dark brown hair, and blue eyes. I became a Muslim 2 years ago alhumdulillah, and adhered to the authentic teachings of Qur'an and Sunnah! I am looking to get married soon to start raising a family. I am the owner of a computer business in which I established 2 years ago and live with my father at the time beige. I often here from family members that I am “too young” or “not ready to get married” but this is coming from non Muslims. I am very serious and can be humorous at times but I take life with all seriousness and aspire to be a father soon. I am caring and have a strong work ethic, I hold dear to my duty to Allah. I am very serious and passionate about my deen, work, becoming a father, marriage, and my duty to Allah, so I am looking for a sister who feels the same. I am looking for a sister who will help be my support in all areas and help me raise great Muslim children who love all aspects of the deen. I believe with Qur’an and Sunnah at arm’s reach, becoming a father seems less than intimidating and Allah is the decider of all affairs. I speak a lot but only when necessary and I tend to stay away from things in which I can derive no benefit from. I am not racist or bias but I am very pick in finding a sister, as should a sister. In a time where there is hypocrisy and innovation all around, we need to guard not only ourselves but our future generations as well. I work most of the day, seven days a week and am able to support a family. (By the will of Allah.) Even though I work a rigorous schedule I find time to study under a great scholar and have time for my deen as well as helping family. I own my own business but hope to one day become a scholar and give my business to my children. (By the will of Allah.) Until I find a sister worth marrying I will continue to stay with my father to save money. I do have a fun side and am not just work/work/work! I would love to have a wife who knows how to make me smile, I love making others laugh and feel comfortable but I never resort to sarcasm and lying. I would never take my wife out to eat or to the movies. (Aouthubillah) I believe such forms of entertainment degrade the connection between a husband and wife. If a spouse can’t entertain the other, you’ll look for entertainment from elsewhere, than one another. I believe long conversations about the deen, current issues, games played, intimacy, and ect, with one’s spouse are better than what dunya has to offer. Spending time with the one Allah gave you is better and longer lasting than wasting time watching a movie that doesn’t regard the sunnah or eating out where people can see my wife while she eats. I am very jealous of my family and if I had a wife it would only make me more protective. I don’t believe in keeping her locked away in the house 24/7 unless she chooses and I won’t prevent her from going to the mesjid but I would never allow her and another man to sit and joke together. As a husband I would expect myself and expect my wife to hold to our obligations both equally important. As a husband I would be the head of the household, to be obeyed, to have control over who enters the house, to know where my wife leaves the house to only with my permission, to have the housework done and be served by my wife, (dinner, intimacy, support, care, affection) to be shown gratitude for my efforts, and to know which days my wife wishes to fast. (voluntary) As a woman and my future wife (inshallah) I would give her the rights of the dowry, support both mentally and physically, kind and proper treatment, marital relations, her to be the head of the house and protector of the children in my absence, her right to not be beaten, privacy, justice between multiple wives, (I need ONE first lol) to be taught her religion, defense of her and her honor, and to accept her of her short comings as I and her will both have. (nobody’s perfect) I stated earlier I am not worried over trivial issues like race or culture only aqidah and ibaha. I need a sister that will help me in pleasing Allah and not only please her. I am a deep thinker and often ponder the creation of Allah, I am physically fit and work out often, I love doing more than I am obligated as I feel it brings me closer to Allah and I think the best trait anyone can obtain is complete and total fear of Allah and knowing the attributes Allah has described himself with! I have more to say on this topic because it’s about marriage and this is a big topic. I usually don’t talk this much about myself lol but this is the only way you can tell how someone is over the internet. If I token the time to message you please message me back for I would only message a sister whose aqidah is apparent, maybe by the will of Allah it can become something. I do have pictures but only wish to share them with a sister who I feel would love me for my brain not my body and I feel it would be the same if I were talking to a sister on here or who wears proper niqab.
P.S.::::::::::::::::::::::SISTERS:::::::::::::::::::::::::
Please have a brother, father, or son around before contacting thank you and fear Allah, remember just because we’re not in person does not make it halal to talk to a man without first meeting the proper circumstances!
